By downloading and using xPredictors ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

Article 1 (Scope of Application)
1. These Terms apply to all users of the App and their use of all features, including:
- Daily stock prediction (UP/DOWN/FLAT voting)
- Symbol selection (US stocks including NASDAQ-100, S&P 500, and others)
- Credit system (3 free credits granted daily; additional credits earned by watching rewarded ads)
- Prediction history and accuracy tracking
- Dashboard with results and statistics
- In-app purchases (tips/donations to support development)
2. The operator may revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will take effect from the time they are posted within the App or on our website.

Article 2 (Description of Service)
1. xPredictors is an entertainment application that allows users to predict daily closing movements of stock prices through a gamified voting system.
2. Users receive credits to make predictions. Credits are obtained through:
- Daily login (3 free credits)
- Watching rewarded advertisements (2 additional credits)
3. The App displays a dashboard with prediction results, accuracy statistics, and voting trends for entertainment purposes only.

Article 3 (Disclaimer and Investment Warning)
1. IMPORTANT: xPredictors is FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY and is NOT intended to provide investment advice, trading recommendations, or financial guidance of any kind.
2. Predictions made in the App are user-generated content for entertainment purposes and have no financial or analytical basis.
3. Users should NOT make any investment decisions based on the App.
4. Past prediction accuracy does NOT guarantee future results.
5. The operator assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY for:
• Any financial losses incurred from using the App
• Investment decisions made by users
• The accuracy of stock price data or predictions
• Third-party data sources used in the App
6. Users acknowledge that all stock market investments carry risk, and should consult qualified financial advisors before making any investment decisions.

Article 4 (Conditions of Use)
1. Users must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.
2. Users shall use the App at their own responsibility.
3. Users must not engage in acts that violate laws, public order and morals, or these Terms.
4. Users must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)
Users must not engage in the following acts:
1. Manipulating voting systems through fraudulent means
2. Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
3. Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
4. Interfering with the App's operation or attempting to access unauthorized areas
5. Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
6. Posting or transmitting harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
7. Using information obtained through the App for commercial purposes without permission
8. Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
9. Violating intellectual property rights of the operator or third parties
10. Using the App for any illegal purposes

Article 6 (Credits and In-App Purchases)
1. Credits are a daily allowance system used for making predictions:
• Users receive 3 free credits daily upon login
• Users can earn 2 additional credits by watching a rewarded video advertisement
• Credits reset daily and cannot be accumulated
2. Credits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be purchased or exchanged for cash.
3. In-app purchases (tips/donations) are voluntary contributions to support the App's development:
• Tips do not grant additional credits or gameplay advantages
• Tips are completely separate from the credit system
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law
4. The operator reserves the right to adjust credit distribution rates at any time.
5. Credits are not stored permanently and will be unavailable if the App is discontinued.

Article 7 (Advertisements)
1. The App displays advertisements including banner ads and rewarded video ads.
2. Users may choose to watch rewarded advertisements to earn additional credits.
3. The operator is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
4. Advertisement availability may vary by region and is subject to change.

Article 8 (Data Collection and Privacy)
1. The App collects and processes user data as described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Data collected by the App:
a) Anonymous Authentication Data:
• Anonymous user ID (Firebase Authentication)
• No personally identifiable information (PII) such as name, email, or phone number is collected
b) Prediction and Usage Data (stored in Firestore):
• Stock symbols selected for prediction
• Prediction choices (UP/DOWN/FLAT)
• Prediction timestamps and results
• User statistics (accuracy rate, total predictions, etc.)
• Credit usage history
c) Technical Data:
• Device type and operating system version (for analytics)
• App usage patterns and crash reports (for app improvements)
• Advertising identifiers (for displaying ads)
3. By using the App, users consent to the collection and processing of the data described above.
4. All user data is stored securely on Firebase servers and is not shared with third parties except:
• Firebase/Google Cloud Platform (for hosting and authentication)
• AdMob (for displaying advertisements)
• Analytics services (for app improvement purposes)
5. Users can delete their data by deleting the App, which will stop all data collection.
Due to anonymous authentication, individual data cannot be identified or selectively deleted.
6. Since the App uses anonymous authentication, deleted data cannot be restored.

Article 9 (User Content and Conduct)
1. Users are solely responsible for their predictions and any interactions within the App.
2. The operator reserves the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Users grant the operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use aggregated prediction data for analytics and app improvements.

Article 10 (Modification, Suspension, and Termination of Service)
1. The operator may, without prior notice:
• Modify, add, or remove features of the App
• Temporarily suspend the App for maintenance
• Permanently discontinue the App
2. The operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from modifications, suspension, or termination of the App.
3. Users may delete their account at any time through the App settings.

Article 11 (Intellectual Property Rights)
1. All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the operator or legitimate right holders.
2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without permission.

Article 12 (Limitation of Liability)
1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
2. The operator shall not be liable for:
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the App
• Loss of data or predictions
• Damages caused by third-party services (Firebase, AdMob, stock data providers)
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
3. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, the operator's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for in-app purchases in the past 12 months, if any.

Article 13 (Changes to Terms)
1. The operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
2. Users will be notified of significant changes through the App or email (if provided).
3. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the App, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance.

Article 16 (Severability)
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Article 17 (Entire Agreement)
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between users and the operator regarding the use of the App.
